Running Around 12-11-06
This week we'll meet at the usual time time and place to do a road run instead of a track workout. We'll continue working on building our mileage base. I'll suggest a road run in the 5-9 mile range. If you can, try to bump it up a mile or two over what you did last week.
I'll probably do somewhere around 8 on Tuesday. Here is my likely route, but I'll run it backward (i.e. down Neyland Dr first) ........ http://www.gmap-pedometer.com/?r=582190
Work on increasing your long runs on the weekend.
P.S. If you absolutely need some type of track fix, 3 x 1600m @T pace with 1 min rest.
